Manu Coeman

Born in 1968 in Kortrijk (Belgium), Manu Coeman, a child of the golden sixties. He has won numerous awards around the world and is a much sought-after director in the world of advertising. As a kid, Manu used to direct Legos, Dinkytoys, electric trains and Playmobil characters and after seeing Steven Spielberg’s film “Duel”, he decided to become a director. After film school in Belgium and a much-lauded shortfilm, “Ketchup,” Manu went on to direct ads, which won at Cannes Lions, Clios, Eurobest and Epica Awards.

Brands such as Coca-Cola, Belgacom, Renault, SPA Porsche, Peugeot, Renault, Volkswagen, Nestle, Orange, Yamaha, and Lays, just to name a few, called on him. In 2010, he directed his first feature film, the documentary LoveMEATender, written by Yvan Beck, which warns of the dangers of overconsumption of meat in the world.
